What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. To get started on your return, please visit our contact page and a representative will be in contact shortly.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 20% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Each piece is custom printed as soon as your order is placed and we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are returned. Scroll down for more information on how to obtain a refund. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 14 days from the ship date.
Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.

Do not discard or mail back your item until you receive further instructions.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.
All of our items are printed on demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, all order cancellations will incur a 20% processing fee since we cannot resell or restock any items that are canceled.
